our

story

we’re just a small studio with a big heart.

Tamworth has always had a strong sense of community, it's one of the things that makes this town so special. But for a long time, it was missing something: a Pilates studio that felt like it actually belonged here.

Not intimidating. Not exclusive.

Just a warm, welcoming space where everyday people can move their bodies, feel supported, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.

That's why Tamworth Pilates was born.

Strong bodies,
strong
community.

This is your studio. We're just lucky to run it.

We started with a simple belief: that strong bodies and strong communities go hand in hand. That when people feel good in their bodies, they show up better, for their families, their work, their mates, and themselves. Pilates is one of the best tools we know for building that kind of strength, and we wanted to make it genuinely accessible to the people of Tamworth.

Today, our studio is a place where beginners feel brave, regulars feel at home, and everyone feels seen. We keep our classes small so that our instructors can actually get to know you - your goals, your limits, your wins. We celebrate personal progress, not perfection. And we'll always make time for a chat before and after class.

Pilates is for everybody.

what we believe

We hear it all the time: 'I'm not flexible enough for Pilates' or 'I'm not fit enough to start.' We're here to tell you - that's exactly why you should. Our classes are designed for real people at every stage of their movement journey. We've had beginners in their 20’s and regulars in their 70’s. We've had people recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, training for sport, and just trying to stand up straight again.

Every class is fully guided, every movement is adaptable, and every single person in that room is there for the same reason: to feel a little better today than they did yesterday. You'll fit right in.

Our
instructors

you’re in good hands

Our instructors are genuinely passionate about what they do. They'll guide you through every session with care, correct your form without making you feel self-conscious and actually celebrate your wins alongside you. Small studio life means they get to know you properly and that makes all the difference.

Got questions…
We've probably answered them.

First class nerves are real - and totally normal. We've put together answers to everything from 'what should I wear?' to 'is pilates right for my bad back?' so you can walk in feeling informed and confident.
