Yes. Classes are designed for all levels, and you can progress at a pace that feels comfortable.
New to Tamworth Pilates

The Reformer (all levels) class is the best place to start. If you prefer something gentler, a Stretch & Release class is also a great option.

Yes - you must book in before coming to the studio. You can reserve a class through the booking link by creating an account and selecting your session.

Arrive about 10 minutes early so the instructor can guide you through the reformer. Wear fitted clothing so your form can be checked easily. Bring socks and a water bottle.

Gift vouchers are available online and can be redeemed in mindbody.
Intro Offer & Casual Classes

You receive 4 classes to use within 2 weeks from purchase. It’s designed to help you try different class types and build confidence. Attending twice per week is recommended.
If you sign up for a membership within 7 days after the offer expires, the $49 can be credited toward it.

Contact the studio—they can assist and honour the offer.

Your class credit will be returned to your account and can be used within 3 months.
Memberships & Class Packs

There are various memberships and class packs to suit different lifestyles. You can check details online or contact the team for guidance.

If the payment has processed but isn’t visible, contact the studio for assistance.

Yes. Email the studio and they’ll guide you through the process.

This depends on your membership type. Check your terms or contact the studio.

Once your minimum term is complete, you can request cancellation via email. A form must be completed before it’s processed.

Memberships run weekly and continue unless you request cancellation after your minimum term.

Your cycle starts on your direct debit day, giving you 7 days to use your classes.

The system will retry automatically. If needed, you can contact the studio to process it manually.

Your account may still be paused. Contact the studio and they can assist with bookings.

Log in via the website and update your payment info under account settings.

If a payment fails twice, a fee is applied. You’ll be notified after the first failed attempt.

You may have created a duplicate account—contact the studio to fix it.
Terms & Policies

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be added and notified. Waitlists close 1 hour before class.

Cancellations within 4 hours result in loss of the class or a fee. No-shows incur a higher fee.

Yes, minimum age is 16. Those aged 16–17 require parental consent.

Injuries & Pregnancy

Pregnancy: allowed up to 37 weeks with medical approval
New clients: up to 35 weeks
After 16 weeks: limited to suitable classes only; Essentials classes. Please do not book into any other class type
After 37 weeks: classes not permitted
For injuries, medical clearance is required and instructors must be informed.
